Western Furniture - Wagon Wheel and Whiskey Barrel sets

We have two, yes two amazing vintage Western Living Room Furniture Sets! One has a wagon wheel design from the 1970s and the other has a Wooden Barrel design.  They are in remarkable condition and are obviously well built and made to last. The  naugahyde fabric is in excellent condition with relatively minor wear. The pictures below show these beauties!

First up is the Wagon Wheel Living Room set. While trying to find evidence of the maker of these fine pieces (still unanswered) I did find a date stamp on  the underneath of the green chair which was 1972 so that gave us a time frame. Similar sets online are said to be 50s or 60s. These sets will be posted on my Etsy store. You may also contact me via email for any questions.

These can be seen in our 50/50 Furniture Consignment store in Alliance, NE. We are about 4 hours from Denver, CO; 2 1/2 hours from Cheyenne, WY and 3 hours from Rapid City, SD. Worth the trip for either of these sets!

 The back of the sofa on this set drops down to make a quick bed. This six-piece set includes a sofa, two rocking chairs, one coffee table and two end tables

 A little loose stitching on the seat but really isn't this set in awesome condition

Next we have the beautiful 5-piece Wooden Barrel Living Room Set with full barrels designs under the coffee table and two end tables and half barrel sides on the sofa and love seat. A colorful diamond pattern is stitched across the backs. Not sure of the age of the grouping but it has a unique and great western vibe!

 This is the only significant wear on the sofas lower cushion on the far right toward the back. The cushions are attached on this set. It offers years of use and enjoyment!

Vintage Accents - Lamps, curtains and clock

We have a growing collection of unique lamps and other vintage treasures that adorn our shop and make it part museum and part store. It is fun to see the vast variety in teapots, lamps and clocks. Here are a few pieces we our enjoying. 

 Such a fun lamp! Love the little lantern look. It has a regular sized socket in it though you could put a low wattage bulb in so it serves as a soft accent light. I love that feature in many vintage lamps that have a soft night light that lights the globe or glass accents.

 Picked up this fun clip on lamp shade and found it a home on this little lamp.

 Great vintage curtain panels from an estate. Found their way into my little hideaway room at the shop.

 And what a fun clock! It runs so quiet and has a wonderful presence!

You Light Up My Life

Somewhere along the way of putting together our vintage store my husband and I found ourselves drawn to a wide variety of lamps from many eras. Ranging in age from the late 1800s to the 1980s we enjoy the diversity of styles. Some have a timeless, classic feel and others transport you to another time and place.
